The look of the brownies before I spread the frost on. Insert : Frosting / chocolate glaze topping.





Ingredients :
Brownies
70 g butter
125 g white sugar
2 eggs
3 ml vanilla extract
20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
40 g all-purpose flour
1 g salt
1 g baking powder
Frosting / Chocolate Glaze Topping :
25 g butter
10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
10 ml honey
3 ml vanilla extract
75 g icing sugar 



Cooking direction :

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease with butter and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 70g butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 3ml vanilla. Beat in 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 40 g all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread the mixture into prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  4. To Make Frosting: Combine 25 g softened butter, 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder, honey, 3 ml vanilla extract, and 75 g icing sugar. Stir until smooth. Spread this Frosting on the brownies while they are still warm.
