Cooking direction :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease with butter and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt 70g butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 3ml vanilla. Beat in 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 40 g all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread the mixture into prepared baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
- To Make Frosting: Combine 25 g softened butter, 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder, honey, 3 ml vanilla extract, and 75 g icing sugar. Stir until smooth. Spread this Frosting on the brownies while they are still warm.
